Our full 700mm length clips are equipped with interlocking holes that maintain a consistent 700mm pitch. This helps prevent any “snaking” issues and ensures a swift installation process. In addition, our clips are available in shorter, more economical lengths that do not interlock, perfect for shorter roof spans. SABS approved for their superior quality and durability. Manufactured from o.8mm Z275 galvanised material or 0.8mm AZ200 Zincal coatings.
Afri-Lok700™ is roll formed from ISQ550 / G550 material and has an effective cover width of 700mm, 41mm high incorporating two stiffener ribs in each of its three pans with centres of 233.5mm. Afri-Lok700™ is available in Color plus, ZincAL, Galvanized and Chromadek with gauges from 0.47mm – 0.58mm in thickness. Afri-Lok700 could be factory cranked and curved to a minimum radius of 450mm but cannot be reverse-cranked or curved. Afri-Lok700 sheet consists of a male and female side, the male rib includes salient spurs to ensure improved engagement. IBCORR Afri-Lok has pronounced stiffener ribs to help combat oil canning, a known defect in broad panned profiles. This profile has prominent shoulders for positive engagement.
